the king studio was super cozy! the bed was really comfy, the bathroom was clean, and i loved the hot shower. also, the owners are super friendly and gave us helpful tips for the area. the location is great, just a short drive from the airport, and the price is really good for what you get! highly recommended for a short stay.

only complaint was the shower pressure could be stronger, and sometimes you hear a bit of noise from outside.

The room was spacious with all necessary amenities, making it easy to settle in after a long journey. The quiet neighborhood contributed to a peaceful environment, yet I could hear occasional noises from outside. The service was outstanding as the staff offered to drive me to the car rental location, which was a thoughtful gesture. a lovely stay despite the minor noise disturbances.

The shuttle doesn't operate 24/7!!! A bit of road noise can disrupt sleep!!! More storage for clothes would be ideal!!! Consider investing in some soundproofing to enhance guest comfort!!!

It was just a suitable option for a quick layover in Christchurch with great value for money. The manager's friendly attitude made our stay pleasant, and we appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette for preparing our meals. Check if the room has good soundproofing if you're sensitive to noise.

The palms offers an ideal location, nestled in a nice residential area close to supermarkets. the manager gave us a free airport pickup with a welcoming smile, making our arrival smooth. the room was spotless and super comfy. The eco-friendly toiletries were a nice touch. staff are really friendly and helpful.

The King Studio was super cozy! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower had great hot water. I felt like I was in a modern little oasis. Plus, it was surprisingly quiet for such a close location to the airport. Just the right touch for a quick stay before flying out. Really impressed with how clean everything was too!

We were super impressed with everything! The room was warm and cozy, especially on that chilly night. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay nice. Loved the in-room breakfast option, perfect for a quick bite before heading out. Just a bit of smoke drifted in from outside. otherwise, it was cool.

Family friendly place

The room was clean and had everything we needed,, like extra towels and a well-equipped kitchenette. The owners were super helpful, gave us advice on where to go and even assisted us with cleaning up after my granddaughter got sick,, it was seriously a lifesaver.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain,, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

Had a clean and cozy large one-bedroom apartment with a comfy bed, well-equipped kitchenette, and spacious seating area. The shower had good pressure and great toiletries. On top of that, there was free laundry and helpful shuttle service to the airport, making our life easier. Would highly recommend staying here!
